Tours

  1. All tours are guided tours as required by the laws of Belize.

  2. Shared tours require a minimum of 4 to depart. If the minimum is not met, we will provide the client with the following options:

    • reschedule with us at the client’s convenience

    • we will arrange for a trusted partner operator to fulfill the client’s tour

    • we will provide the client with a full refund

Booking

  1. Minimum deposit required 50% of the tour cost. Deposits may vary depending on tour requirements.

  2. Deposits may be refunded if one of the following conditions are met:

    • the client cancels tour 2 weeks before the tour is scheduled

    • the tour must be canceled due to inclement weather or other acts of God and we are unable to reschedule

    • the client is on a cruise ship and your ship doesn’t make it into port

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, contact us immediately.

  • Notification 30 days before tour date, full refund less 10% administrative fee

  • Notification 15 days before tour date, full refund less 20% administrative fee

  • Notification 7 days before tour date, will be on a case by case basis whereby proof validating your reason would be necessary

  • If you contact us after the scheduled date or is a no show, no refund is available

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel tours prior to departure for reasons including but not limited to weather or insufficient number of guests. An alternative date will be rescheduled and if this does not fit into your time frame, a refund will  be done accordingly.

We will not be accountable for additional charges incurred.

Because there are time constraints due to ships arrival and departure, some portions of the tour may not be used or executed, these are non-refundable.Should you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, contact us immediately.
