Harvest Caye sees ships such as the Norwegian Getaway, Jewel, Gem, Breakaway, Jade, Escape, Bliss, Prima, Joy, and now in 2025, their newest ships, The Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Encore.

Before, Cruisers were only able to access tours provided by Norwegian, but truly, this does NOT give cruisers the real and authentic Belizean experience they are seeking. With Placencia Wildside Adventures, we fully immerse you in Belize’s rich culture and unique natural wonders!

GETTING TO US!

Catch the, ‘Placencia Village Ferry’ which is contracted by NCL to provide Cruisers access to Placencia Village. Buying tickets ahead of time can be tricky as ferry tickets are not advertised, but you can purchase them from your Shore Excursions desk.

LEAVE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!

To be able to enjoy a full day’s tour make sure to catch the FIRST ferry! If tickets cannot be secured from the ship, you can make your way over to the ferry area as soon as the ship gives the OK to disembark. The friendly ferry staff will assist you with tickets for the first available ferry. 

Once you’re on the Ferry, everything is set! We will meet you at the Ferry Pier in Placencia, with everything prepped and ready for you to enjoy your day! We coordinate with the ferry and always ensure you return on time! The staff is super friendly and always informs us of changes, should there be any.
